Shipping and Handling
Your wedding ring/s will be delivered via Parcel Force/Post Office in the U.K, and FEDEX outside of the U.K.
They must be signed for by the purchaser at the address that the credit/debit card is issued to. (For those paying by credit/debit card).
Delivery Schedule
All of our rings are delivered in a stylish presentation keepsake box. This ensures that your ring(s) will be fully protected on delivery in the post.
All of the plain rings in the most popular sizes are pre-made and held in stock and will be delivered to you in around 72 hours (for weekend orders please allow longer) of our receiving your order/s with size (mainland UK). Many of the collection rings are made to order and can take up to 21 days. (These rings are partially hand made and their design and quality are well worth the wait)
You will be notified within 24 hours of receipt of your order (with size if known) as to how long your ring/s will take to be delivered by confirmation email. You can cancel your order and receive a full refund if the delivery timescale does not meet your requirements. Please inform us if the delivery schedule is not suitable suitable for you; we will do our best to deliver your order at a suitable time. You will be kept informed at all stages of the process. Back Orders
In the unlikely event that your item is not available/or delayed we will contact you by email or telephone. We will contact you as quickly as possible to make sure that you have plenty of time to re select if necessary. You will also have the option to cancel if you are unable to wait. You would then be refunded in full.
