We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 30 day guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your rings, you may return your purchase within 7 days. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Should you have any complaints that can't be settled amicably between both parties, any dispute would be subject to judicial resolve under English Laws.

In the event of any complaint, first notify us as quickly as possible by email, quoting your reference number and problem. If your purchase is damaged, incorrect or not of the quality suggested by this web site, the ring/s should be returned to us using insured post for replacement or refund.

Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping basket once you have selected an item. We do not spam. We only communicate with people who have asked us a question, or who have ordered from us (and then only until the order is complete). We may also contact you if we recieve notification of an order that we believe encountered technical difficulties. We respect your privacy.

If you are not happy with the quality of the rings please return them for a full refund. If you have simply changed your mind please return the ring/s within 7 days the rings value will be refunded less the postage and packaging. Please ensure that the rings have not been worn.

Any returns must be sent by Special Delivery at The Post Office in the U.K or FEDEX or International Signed for outside the U.K
